Vehicle was dropped off twice for the same issue “service engine cooling & system service transmission”. Upon initial diagnosis the coolant level was low transmission was flushed and vehicle was returned to me. Less than 24 hours later the check engine light was back on l showing same service codes. Vehicle was brought back to dealership and got a call Thursday late in the day they would have to keep the vehicle as they didn’t have time to look at it. No communication on Friday at all and when I called Saturday was told it was done but waiting on parts as they were back ordered but is fine to drive with check engine light on.

My experience at the dealership is excellent. I haven't had a problem there so far. They're very friendly. They're very forthcoming. My problem is that when I call in? I get a receptionist that connects me 2A dispatch of office that has no idea who I am, where I'm at. Or what I need to have done I think the dispatch office should be left out of it and each individual dealership handle their own appointments

I have been using Ed Morse since 2031 and it was always a Pleasant experience. I purchased my vehicle from Kriegers and no issues until my last oil change. My oil was way overfilled I drive a Chevy Malibu and 7 quarts of oil were put in it. Going to a certified GMC service center I expect more. My car smells awful and the check engine has been on since. Also was charged for a tire rotation when it should be included for 3 years. This time around I had a screw in my tire I paid extra when purchasing my tires from Ed Morse so I have the road hazard they took the screw out but didn’t bother to check for leaks. Pressure in the tire dropped from 37 to 34 in 1 hour after it was returned to me. I had to take it back and request it be fixed. This time around they didn’t even bother to do a tire rotation. I got a call with a list of parts I need and maintenance to do which was done and the tech didn’t even bother to check my service history before calling and saying my spark plugs had never been changed and that I need a transmission flush. I had those services done there. When I told him that he was surprised. I have referred many people to Ed Morse including a major account at my work with a fleet of about 500 vehicles in this area. I am disappointed.

I will start by saying that Deb was FABULOUS and this does NOT pertain to her. My husband had been checking online for a truck. The Chevrolet inventory website sent him to the Ed Morse website which offered the truck for $60,955 with 5.9% interest for excellent credit. I should have qualified for that with a credit rating of 824. The truck ended up listing by you for $66,045. Talk about bait and switch! Rebates weren't usable. Got an interest rate of 7.44% instead. We had to wait FOREVER to sign the papers. It should not take 5 hours to buy a truck that you know you want when you arrive. We had our 11 year old granddaughter with us that had to entertain herself. Then we went to sign the papers. I guess, we did that with Travis as his card is in the folder but he never bothered to introduce himself. His main concern was trying to get us to purchase an extended warranty and service plan. Husband told him ''no, I don't want it''. Tried again to get us to purchase it because it covers..... Husband again said "no, I don't want it''. Tried again with the same answer. We realize that he probably gets a bonus for selling these but a no should be sufficient without being harassed over purchasing them. Then the best part - he was so busy trying to sell these that he failed to ask if the spellings were correct and we just WANTED TO ESCAPE. Upon getting home as I'm calling our insurance agent the next day to get coverage, I see that our last name is spelled incorrectly!!! I had to call Deb and let her know.THIS NECESSITATED ANOTHER TRIP TO DEWITT. Deb had to get the papers for us to re-sign as apparently Travis was too chicken to face us. Deb apologized for the mixup as she had it spelled correctly but she was the ONLY ONE TO APOLOGIZE. Apparently it is ok for us to waste our time and gas over your employee's mistake and her apology is to cover everything. I THINK NOT!!! Not even here's an extra oil change for you trouble. And you want a good survey with GM?? Was this good service?? Want me to post this online??

In May I had my 2021 gmc in the dealership for a routine oil change and tire was my right front tire was in bad shape. So the service manager had the service tech replace my front tire with the spare until I could get new tires. While taking the spare down from the normal resting place the tech damaged my truck so when I returned to the dealership on July 18th for routine work I asked the service manager to have the tire put back in place it belongs that's when I was told about the damage. As I was signing the paperwork for service after everything was done the service manager informed me that spare tire was where it belongs and everything was good I paid my bill and drove home. On July 19th I opened up my bed cover to find out my spare was still in the back of my truck I was lied to by the service manager about the work that was not done also I would the damaged they caused at the May service to be fixed. By the dealership and as far as I'm concerned the service manager should be fired for lining to me as a customer and for not informing me of the damaged caused by the tech on my May service

Friendly service staff. You really need to send out paper coupons. You sent me a coupon for an oil change by email. The service girl said they do not accept email coupons and that it had to be copied off on paper. They accepted my email coupon on my phone this time.

Service of oil change and tire rotation and added recall I have no issues with. When I setup the appointment using the link via the text it gave me options of appointments starting at 7AM, I chose the 7:30AM appointment to find the dealership closed when I arrived and it didn’t open until 8AM. Something needs to be fixed in the appointment scheduling online to where everything is correct.

Everything was pretty good, but i asked if the oil used was full synthetic, i was told should be, but the receipt does not indicate that at all. I also asked them to wash the truck. The truck was wet like they rinsed with hose, but it was not clean at all. Otherwise all seemed good.
